Brooks T. (Taber) Cathcart
Taber Cathcart maintains a diversified financial transactions practice, specializing in senior and subordinated debt transactions, including acquisition finance and working capital credit facilities. She has a broad range of experience representing financial institutions, investment firms and institutional investors in a variety of roles, including as agent banks, arrangers, underwriters and lead senior and/or mezzanine debt providers. She regularly handles secured and unsecured syndicated credit facilities, club deals and single lender transactions, as well as loan workouts, restructurings and structured credit products.
