Michael Rentiers has broad experience in politics, marketing, and the legislative process in DC and across the Southeast.
Before joining Moore & Van Allen, Michael worked in Washington, DC as Special Assistant to United States Congressman Joe Wilson (SC-02) and as a Coalitions Director for the Republican National Committee. He has worked on numerous federal and state campaigns in South Carolina and around the southeast, including the election of United States Senator Lindsay Graham.
Michael, a registered lobbyist in South Carolina, graduated from the University of South Carolina with a degree in History and Political Science.
Over the course of his career, Michael has built a solid resume of experience in government relations, campaign management, marketing and public affairs. He currently conducts issue advocacy campaigns and lobbies the SC General Assembly, effectively utilizing his years of experience and key relationships in state politics on behalf of our clients.
