David C. Annis
David Annis is involved in all phases of intellectual property practice, with particular emphasis in patent prosecution in the mechanical, electromechanical, and software arts, as well as business methods. He also performs patentability studies, infringement and validity studies, and clearance investigations.
Prior to joining Moore & Van Allen, David worked as an associate at the Chicago law firm of Leydig, Voit & Mayer, Ltd., where he was active in patent prosecution, opinion preparation, and intellectual property litigation.
