Randy Cubriel
Randy assists clients with environmental, energy, and business needs before regulatory and legislative bodies, focusing on state and local levels of government. Randy has legislative, policy, and campaign experience at the state and federal levels. He works closely with elected officials and key decision makers to support client’s governmental needs.
Randy clerked for the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee’s Subcommittee on Immigration, Border Security and Citizenship, as well as the Office of Solicitor General in the Texas Attorney General’s office. He also served as Managing Editor of the Texas Review of Law & Politics and as staff editor for the first volume of the Texas Journal on Oil, Gas & Energy Law.
Randy has served in various capacities in the Texas Senate, Office of Lieutenant Governor (State of Texas), and Office of Attorney General (State of Texas). Randy is a former member of the Service Contract Providers Advisory Board at the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.
