John Gilson practices in the areas of mezzanine finance, private equity and venture capital.
His experience also includes public and private company mergers and acquisitions, private equity funds, venture capital funds, hedge funds, buyout funds and other financial and strategic investors. He also advises public and private companies in domestic and international transactions, including stock and asset acquisitions and dispositions.
Prior to joining Moore & Van Allen, Mr. Gilson was an associate at a large New York City based law firm.
