Nicole (Nic) M. Thompson

Nic Thompson is an associate in the Charlotte office practicing in the area of employment and commercial litigation.

Ms. Thompson has experience in a wide range of employment matters, including Title VII, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, and state wage and hour issues.  In addition, Ms. Thompson has counseled clients on employment termination and reduction-in-force issues.

Ms. Thompson brings several years of human resources experience to her employment litigation and employment counseling practice.  Prior to attending law school, she worked in human resources management for a political advocacy organization in Washington, D.C.
