Ashley Steele Nutley
Ashley Nutley is a member in the Financial Services practice area, with a concentration on complex financial transactions including syndications and participations, real estate lending, asset-based lending, secured transactions and factoring arrangements. Ms. Nutley has extensive experience representing a wide variety of banking and financial institutions on complex transactions, as well as workouts, debt restructuring, and collections.
