Robert R. Vass
Robert Vass is an associate attorney in Moore & Van Allen's corporate practice group. His practice consists of a wide variety of transactional fields, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions. Past and present representation includes Fortune 500 companies, privately held entities and start-up ventures, with the scope of such representation encompassing complex domestic and international corporate formations, acquisitions and divestitures.
In addition to his mergers and acquisitions practice, Mr. Vass advises companies with respect to corporate governance matters and has experience assisting clients with general corporate, operational and commercial contract needs, including drafting and negotiating large equipment purchases, critical vendor agreements, industrial gas agreements, joint ventures, license agreements and corporate formations.
