Catherine Martin has a diverse financial transactions practice that includes representing financial institutions in connection with the negotiating and documenting of syndicated credit facilities and structured finance transactions. In her structured finance practice, she focuses primarily on structuring repurchase facilities. Ms. Martin also has significant experience representing lenders in all aspects of commercial mortgage-backed securities loan-related servicing transactions, including borrower consent requests, senior and mezzanine loan assumptions, defeasances, collateral releases, and loan extensions for fixed rate and floating rate loans.
