Mark E. Carpenter
Mark Carpenter approaches finance transactions looking to resolve issues consistent with his clients' interests. His creative structuring and problem-solving helps his clients complete transactions.
Mr. Carpenter seeks to understand the needs and desires of both his clients and their borrowers as a prerequisite to finding workable solutions and sensible compromises. He accomplishes this by asking questions through open and frank dialogue with borrowers and their counsel.
He has also helped national and regional banks, funds and a variety of other lenders finance high-rise buildings, large urban mixed-use projects and virtually every other property type with creative and flexible financing structures that lessen risk, while accommodating the needs of the parties.
