Jason K. Locklair
Jason Locklair provides sound and responsive advice to a broad spectrum of clients in matters relating to health care, general business and corporate transactions. Mr. Locklair provides counsel that is practical, timely and focused on ensuring that his clients attain their business goals while achieving compliance with applicable contractual, statutory and regulatory requirements. Mr. Locklair regularly advises and assists clients throughout the United States in connection with their general corporate matters, which often include:
- Drafting and negotiating complex contractual arrangements across various fields, including, for example, supply and distribution agreements, technical services contracts, and MRO, transportation, employment, purchase, and management services agreements
- Forming entities and addressing corporate governance concerns
- Mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures
- Commercial real estate matters
- Health care compliance issues, including composing and revising Medical Staff bylaws and related documents, policies and procedures, and providing counsel on controversies and compliance concerns related thereto
