Frank Schall is an associate in the Charlotte office practicing general commercial litigation.  Mr. Schall was a recipient of the Donald & Elizabeth Cooke Foundation Scholarship at Wake Forest University School of Law, and he received Scholastic Honors in Fall 2006.  During his second year in law school, Mr. Schall was a member of the Wake Forest Law Review.

In his practice, Mr. Schall has assisted clients in general commercial litigation, commercial contract disputes, employment disputes, Sarbanes-Oxley and securities issues, arbitration, mediation, and defended against motions in North Carolina state court.

Active in pro bono work, Mr. Schall has represented several children as a part of the guardian ad litem program.  He was the Volunteer Coordinator of the Women's Shelter for Wake Forest Law School's Domestic Violence Advocacy Center program.  Mr. Schall has also assisted pro bono clients with drafting estate planning documents, defending a wrongful eviction under Section 8 housing law, and pursuing remedies for damages from the purchase of a residential building.
