Matthew (Matt) P. Pawling
Matt Pawling’s practice focuses on the representation of national financial institutions in a variety of sophisticated lending transactions, including commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS), syndicated lending and asset-based lending. Mr. Pawling has considerable experience representing master and special servicers of CMBS loans, with an emphasis on loan workout and restructuring matters. In addition, Mr. Pawling counsels banking clients with respect to the treatment of derivatives in loan transactions, including syndicated loans.
