Stephanie Gryder serves as the Director of Attorney Recruiting and Development, leading the firm's strategic talent acquisition initiatives and comprehensive professional development programs with a specialized expertise in inclusion and belonging practices within the legal industry. With almost 20 years of experience in legal talent engagement, management, and professional development, Stephanie works with her team to design innovative recruitment strategies and inclusive workplaces that support the professional success of the firm’s legal talent.
Prior to joining Moore & Van Allen, Stephanie worked at both the American Bar Association and the Mecklenburg County Bar. She holds a Master of Public Administration and Bachelor of Arts from George Mason University.
