Minnie Kim

Overview

Minnie Kim is an associate in the Charlotte office of Moore & Van Allen’s Intellectual Property team.  As a licensed patent attorney, Kim focuses her practice on intellectual property litigation, UDRP disputes, and other complex business matters for clients from a wide range of industries. Kim has experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in federal and state court, as well as in specialized tribunals such as the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, and the National Arbitration Forum.

Kim graduated from the Northwestern University School of Law, where she served as Managing Editor of the Northwestern University Journal of Technology and Intellectual Property.
