Cowden Rayburn practices on Moore & Van Allen’s Corporate team.  His practice focuses on a variety of transactional fields, including complex commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and advising public and nonpublic companies on securities issues.  Rayburn’s practice also includes drafting corporate governance documents, commercial contracts, and filings for the Securities and Exchange Commission.
