- His practice is focused on representing creditors and debtors in workouts, bankruptcies and bankruptcy litigation, and he concentrates on preference analysis and defense.
- He’s represented clients in reorganization proceedings which relate to the textile, manufacturing, energy, airline, biopharmaceutical and farming industries.
- He has extensive experience with issues related to retention, compensation and oversight of professionals in Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings.
