James (Jim) W. Dymond
Jim Dymond brings considerable experience to his clients in the areas of business, commercial real estate and aviation law. He has represented and advised both public and private companies and individuals in these areas. His law practice includes:
- Negotiation and documentation of mergers and acquisitions, representing both acquiring companies and target companies, and the negotiation and documentation of commercial loan transactions, representing both lenders and borrowers.
- Commercial real estate transactions, representing and advising both buyers and sellers with respect to matters of title, survey and real estate contracts. His experience also includes representation and advisement of both landlords and tenants with respect to the negotiation and performance of real estate lease agreements.
- Negotiation and documentation of aircraft acquisitions, representing buyers and sellers, and advising clients with respect to Federal Aviation Administration regulatory matters.
