Penny Hirsch Edwards
Penny Edwards brings commercial litigation and labor and employment litigation experience to her clients. She also has extensive experience handling securities issues.
- She worked for a large New York law firm prior to joining Moore & Van Allen, focusing primarily on securities fraud litigation, shareholder class action lawsuits, and broker-dealer transactions.
- She has assisted broker-dealers in customer disputes before the National Association of Securities Dealers and the New York Stock Exchange.
- She has assisted several clients in proceedings and investigations commenced by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and various U.S. Attorneys.
- She has experience in complex matters involving commercial leases, contracts, bankruptcy, and antitrust disputes.
