Marianne Fuierer brings vast experience to her clients in the area of intellectual property. Her extensive background in patent law includes the following:
- She’s prepared and prosecuted patent applications, counseled clients regarding patent matters, and prepared patentability, validity, and infringement opinions.
- She concentrates her practice in areas of chemistry, biochemistry, physics, semiconductor materials, biotechnology, and pharmaceuticals.
Ms. Fuierer practiced patent law in Chapel Hill, North Carolina and Buffalo, New York prior to joining Moore & Van Allen.
