William (Bill) H. Fuller, III
In his finance and commercial law practice, Bill Fuller frequently assists financial institutions in complex lending transactions.
He focuses on representing agent banks and financial institutions in syndicated credit facilities for acquisition finance, corporate refinancings and related lending transactions.
Mr. Fuller possesses considerable experience in both leveraged and investment grade financings within the industrial growth, healthcare, media and telecommunications, and defense and aerospace fields. He has been involved in numerous acquisitions involving senior secured and subordinated debt financings and he also represents corporations in connection with various financing needs. Further, he enjoys significant experience in the work-out and negotiation of troubled credits.
