Heslin Discusses FERC Enforcement Probe

Charlotte Energy and Litigation Member Brian Heslin was prominently quoted in the March 19 Law360 article “6 Ways to Weather a FERC Enforcement Probe.”  The article addresses the increasing aggressiveness of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission’s enforcement arm, which is targeting both companies and individuals.

"We've seen a shift at FERC enforcement to more of a prosecutorial bent ... particularly in the area of market manipulation,” Heslin told Law360.
