Ed Ivey to join panel for ABA’s Virtual Derivatives and Futures Law Committee Winter meeting

MVA Financial Services Counsel Ed Ivey has been invited to join a panel at the ABA’s Virtual Derivatives and Futures Law Committee Winter Meeting 2021 which will take place January 27-29.
 
Ed will join other professionals for the topic titled, “Ethics in Derivatives and Futures Law’ which will discuss ethical issues associated with events in 2020 from the perspective of attorneys representing participants in the futures and swaps market, particularly ethical issues that might arise from remote working environments and other pandemic-related challenges. Additionally, this topic will discuss mental health issues impacting attorneys, particularly in light of the pandemic, and resources to address facing these issues; among other ethical topics.
