  6. Review Your “At-Will” Disclaimers.
  7. Enroll in E-verify and Start Using it to Verify Your New Hires’ Employment Authorization.
  8. Review Your Independent Contractor Relationships.
  9. Train Managers; Communicate with Employees.
  10. Health Care Reform – Comply in 2013 and Prepare for Major Changes in 2014.
