McGrath Published in Corporate Compliance

Environmental and Litigation Member Peter McGrath was published in Corporate Compliance on September 17. His article, “Uncertainty for EPA’s New Wetlands Jurisdiction Rules,” discusses how far the EPA’s jurisdiction extends under the Clean Water Act and differing rules among states as a result of the preliminary injunction granted by the U.S. District Court for the District of North Dakota. The article is a first in a series of monthly pieces that McGrath will publish with Corporate Compliance.
