Four Moore & Van Allen Charleston Attorneys Named to South Carolina Super Lawyers 2010

Moore & Van Allen Charleston attorneys Cynthia J. Lowery (Bankruptcy & Creditor/Debtor Rights), Paul M. Lynch (Tax), Thomas Waring (Business/Corporate) and David B. Wheeler (Bankruptcy & Creditor/Debtor Rights) were named to South Carolina Super Lawyers 2010.

Cynthia J. Lowery practices in the area of bankruptcy law and creditors’ rights. Her practice focuses primarily in collections and creditors’ rights, including bankruptcy, restructures, foreclosures and execution of judgments. 

Paul Lynch brings considerable experience to a broad client base in various areas of practice such as taxation, estate planning and administration and real estate.  He is particularly dedicated to preserving and protecting family assets and facilitating transfers among generations in the most efficient manner possible.

Thomas Waring practices in the areas of bankruptcy and financial restructuring law.  His practice primarily focuses on general business and lender representation, commercial loan work-outs and general counsel consultation.

David B. Wheeler practices in the area of bankruptcy and financial restructuring, concentrating his practice in commercial bankruptcy and representing homeowner/condominium regimes. He is a certified specialist in bankruptcy and debtor/creditor law by the Supreme Court of South Carolina.
