Jordan Selected Chair of SC Bar Health Care Law Council

Charles M. Jordan, Jr., a Corporate and Health Care Member within Moore & Van Allen's Charleston office, was selected to serve as Chair of the South Carolina Bar Health Care Law Section Council for the 2012-2013 fiscal year.  As Chair, Jordan will preside over monthly Council meetings, and assist with the development of CLEs sponsored by the Health Care Law Section, including the CLE for the South Carolina Bar’s 2013 Annual Convention.  He will also work with the Council to provide Section and Bar members with information on the continuing changes in health care reform that affect lawyers and their health care law practices in South Carolina.
