Jeter & McGinnis Address FTC Enforcement Actions

Charlotte Associate Breana Jeter and Member Karin McGinnis were published by InsideCounsel in April.  Their article, “The latest FTC enforcement actions, and how to avoid one of your own,” addresses the Federal Trade Commission’s recent actions in attempt to “fill the void” of federal regulations that set forth data-security standards applicable to all companies engaged in interstate commerce.  The piece specifically addresses FTC v.
