MVA’s Charlotte office hosted a legal seminar on July 19 for non-profit and for-profit entrepreneurs who are a part of Queen City Forward's high impact accelerator program. The seminar provided an overview of the legal issues encountered by nonprofit and for-profit companies in the early start-up phases.

MVA presenters included Intellectual Property Associate Peter Stewart, Mergers and Acquisitions Member Carolyn Meade, and Litigation Member Ben Fryer, who discussed Business Structure and Partnership Agreements, Employment Law and Contracts, and Intellectual Property Protection.
