Charlotte Litigation Member and co-head of Moore & Van Allen’s White Collar, Regulatory Defense and Investigations practice John Fagg attended the 5th Annual Cambridge Forum on Financial Institutions Enforcement on May 17 and 18. The Forum is a by-invitation only meeting of a small group of white collar criminal defense and regulatory defense lawyers who advise financial institutions on enforcement matters.
