In addition to coordinating trainings, developmental programming, formal mentoring programs, and access to professional coaching, the ADC plays a key role in attorney integration and onboarding—ensuring that new attorneys are welcomed into the firm with the support and guidance needed to thrive. The ADC also partners with firm leadership to promote business development opportunities through the Young Professionals Network, offering workshops, client engagement strategies, and individualized support to help attorneys build successful practices.
