Olivia represents businesses and individuals in a variety of commercial litigation matters, including construction, insurance coverage, employment claims involving Title VII, the FMLA, OWBPA, and other anti-discrimination laws and employment-related torts. She has extensive experience advising clients regarding reductions in force, the WARN Act, and various state mini-WARN Acts.

Though Olivia has concentrations in commercial and employment litigation, she also maintains a general portfolio based on her varied litigation background. Olivia has also tried several jury and bench trials in South Carolina.
