He has been responsible for multiple supervised recruitment campaigns and have an advanced understanding of PERM regulations and timelines.

Chris is also proficient with H-1B, L-1, E-2, E-3, TN, O-1, F-1, and K-1 visas. He has personally managed thousands of immigration matters from initiation to approval, serving as the primary point of contact for clients.

His experience in both PERM and nonimmigrant petitions enhances his ability to identify and address issues related to timing and overall case strategy.
