Katherine "Kathy" Clark: Moore & Van Allen

Kathy Clark practices within a broad range of finance-related areas with a focus on corporate finance and acquisition-related matters. Kathy represents institutional investors, hedge funds, private equity sponsors, real estate investment trusts, and other investment firms in their debt, equity, buy-out and finance transactions.

Overview

Kathy Clark is an associate with Moore & Van Allen’s Financial Services group as part of the Investment Team. Kathy’s practice is focused primarily on middle market debt and equity co-invest transactions and has represented both borrowers and lenders in structurally subordinated, mezzanine, second lien, senior secured, asset-based, and other varieties of debt transactions.

Prior to joining the firm, Kathy practiced in the Charlotte office of Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft, LLP, focusing on banking and finance with a focus on senior-secured asset-based loans.
