Elizabeth Weisner is an associate in Moore & Van Allen's Litigation group. While in law school, Elizabeth interned for the Appellate Division of the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia, the U.S. Department of Justice’s Office of Foreign Litigation, the Honorable Edward J. Damich of the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, and the Honorable Royce C. Lamberth of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. Prior to joining the firm, Elizabeth served as a law clerk for the Honorable Louis A. Bledsoe, III, Chief Judge of the North Carolina Business Court.
