MacRae Robinson focuses his practice on a wide range of corporate transactions, as well as private funds and investment management matters.


MacRae has experience in a broad range of corporate transactions and private fund matters. MacRae regularly represents clients in various corporate transactions, including private placements, capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters.

Prior to joining the firm, MacRae worked in the Winston Salem office of Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP where he represented a wide range of private funds in private offerings and related matters, as well as investment advisers in securities, compliance and corporate matters. Prior to that, MacRae was an assistant vice president on the fund-linked products desk at Credit Suisse, where he structured credit facilities for various fund structures.
