Brigid is a registered patent attorney with a practice focusing on transactions implicating intellectual property. She has a deep technical background that allows her to fully appreciate proprietary technologies that drive transactions, and helps her ensure companies protect and leverage those assets. Her familiarity with the unique issues that technology introduces into a deal helps clients anticipate and mitigate risks.

As part of her transactional intellectual property practice, Brigid negotiates, analyzes and drafts agreements implicating intellectual property rights on behalf of clients, including licenses, transfer agreements, non-disclosure and confidentiality agreements, research and development agreements, joint partnership and joint venture agreements, as well as manufacturing, supply and distribution agreements. She is experienced in due diligence of patent portfolios to assist clients with intellectual property acquisition or divestment.
