Lianne Foley assists hospitals, physician groups and other health care organizations and professionals in a variety of health care compliance, regulatory and transactional matters.

Overview

Lianne graduated from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, where she received certificates in Health Law and Compliance from the Beazley Institute for Health Law and Policy. While at Loyola, Lianne served as the Editor of the Loyola Annals of Health Law and competed on Loyola’s Health Law Compliance Team.

Prior to joining the firm, Lianne was an Attorney Fellow for a large multi-state health system based in the Midwest. During law school, she worked as a legal extern for the office of general counsel of a large Chicago-area hospital. Lianne also holds a master’s degree in social work. Prior to law school, Lianne worked as a social worker and dedicated her time to survivors of rape, domestic violence and sex trafficking.
