Alex has experience in lending transactions across various industries, including, but not limited to, healthcare, transportation, technology, restaurant, and service.

Before practicing law, Alex studied international affairs and criminal justice at Northeastern University. Alex graduated from the University of North Carolina School of Law with honors. While attending UNC, Alex served as an articles editor on the North Carolina Law Review and president of the Transactional and Corporate Law Association.
