Courtney Goldston focuses her practice on project and equipment finance. She represents clients as counsel to issuers, borrowers, financial institutions, and trustees.


Courtney represents financial institutions with respect to equipment finance transactions, including rail and aviation assets.

Courtney received her B.A. from North Carolina State University in 2019 and her J.D. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2022.
