Don Meyer is a seasoned transactional health law attorney, advising hospitals, healthcare systems, and physician groups throughout the United States. He regularly advises board members and management representatives on transactions and governance issues. 


Since the early 1990s, and throughout the many changes to the American healthcare landscape, Don has served as outside general counsel to numerous healthcare systems, hospitals, large physician group practices, nursing and assisted living facilities, and other healthcare organizations. He represents numerous faculty practice plans, academic medical centers, hospitals, physician-hospital joint venture entities, healthcare organizations, outpatient and diagnostic facilities, and physicians and large group practices throughout the United States. 

Don previously served as the managing member of the MVA Charleston office and was a member of the firm’s management committee for 20 years.
