Kathryn graduated from the University of North Carolina School of Law, where she served as the symposium editor for the International Law Journal and the president of the International & Comparative Law organization. While in law school, Kathryn completed externships at two different pharmaceutical companies in the Raleigh-Durham area, where she gained experience on pharmaceutical merger and acquisition transactions.
Prior to joining the firm, Kathryn was an associate at Smith Moore Leatherwood LLP in Charlotte, NC. At Smith Moore Leatherwood LLP, Kathryn’s practice also included private placements and other exempt securities offerings.
