Oliver Fankhauser’s focuses his practice on corporate governance and SEC reporting, capital markets transactions, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, and general business matters.

Overview

Oliver represents clients in an array of corporate and securities transactional matters.  He regularly assists public companies with SEC reporting, corporate governance issues, insider/beneficial ownership reporting and other requirements of the federal securities laws, the New York Stock Exchange and the Nasdaq Stock Market.  In addition, he advises clients on public and private capital markets transactions, including investment grade and high-yield debt offerings, as well as mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, and the formation of joint ventures.  Oliver has broad experience serving clients in the consumer goods, energy, financial services, manufacturing, mining, real estate and retail industries, including real estate investment trusts (REITs) and master limited partnerships (MLPs).

Prior to joining the firm, Oliver practiced in the corporate and securities group at Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP in Houston.
