Overview

Rome regularly counsels clients on general corporate, operational and commercial contract needs, including drafting and negotiating high-value national and international commercial agreements regarding goods, services, and technology matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Rome served as in-house counsel to the not for profit National Student Clearinghouse and its wholly-owned subsidiary the National Student Clearinghouse Research Center. There, his practice focused on commercial transactions, privacy and data security, regulatory compliance, and advising senior management on corporate governance matters.
