Sara Ohlman advises individuals, small businesses, and large corporations in a variety of industries at all stages of litigation. She represents clients in a wide range of complex commercial disputes and uses her experience in high stakes litigation to assist and advocate for her clients in managing risk and resolving disputes.


Sara represents clients in litigation in federal court, state court, and private arbitration. She focuses her practice on complex commercial disputes, including internal governance and shareholder disputes, commercial real estate litigation, and disputes arising out of commercial transactions.

Prior to joining the firm, Sara served as a law clerk for the Honorable Danny C. Reeves in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky. She then became an Assistant Attorney General where she practiced civil litigation at the trial and appellate levels in state and federal court.
