Torie Levine

Torie practices in the firm’s Corporate group, representing businesses, private equity and venture capital firms in connection with buying and selling businesses, including purchases and sales of equity and assets, merger transactions, portfolio add-ons and general corporate matters.

Torie graduated from Brooklyn Law School, where she served as a notes and comments editor of the Brooklyn Journal of Corporate, Financial & Commercial Law.

Prior to joining the firm, Torie practiced in the New York City office of Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer LLP.
