Zachary "Zach" Latos

Zach Latos is an associate in Moore & Van Allen’s Bankruptcy & Financial Restructuring group. Zach earned his B.A. from Queens College, and his joint J.D. / LL.M. in Bankruptcy from St. John’s University School of Law. 

Zach brings his experience as a law clerk in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court to guide his clients through the complicated bankruptcy process. He represents banks, financial institutions, and corporate entities in complex restructuring and bankruptcy matters.
