Our attorneys have served as national trial counsel to companies engaged in serial litigation, multidistrict mass tort litigation, and class actions.  We have advised companies with respect to product recalls, consumer claims, and regulatory matters involving the Consumer Products Safety Commission, the Food and Drug Administration, the Federal Trade Commission, and California’s Proposition 65.

Our team is experienced in executing sophisticated defense strategies for individual or mass tort litigation.  We have defended allegations of defective design, defective manufacturing, breach of warranty, conspiracy, fraud, and negligence.  We have litigated complex scientific, technical, and legal issues, such as Daubert and preemption, and we frequently make those issues a cornerstone of our defense.

In addition to our trial and regulatory work, our attorneys counsel our clients on product warnings and warranties, disclaimers of warranties and consequential damages, claims prevention, risk management, and document retention and management.
