Rachel Rice represents private equity and venture capital funds, as well as public and closely held companies in connection with control acquisitions and dispositions, commercial contracts, and corporate governance matters.

Rachel’s practice focuses on evaluating, structuring, and negotiating mergers and acquisitions, and investment transactions. These include leveraged buyouts, growth equity investments, mergers, stock and asset acquisitions and sales, divestitures, and recapitalizations.

Rachel graduated from the University of North Carolina School of Law, where she served as the Publications Editor for the International Law Journal and a competing member of the Holderness Moot Court National Team.

Prior to joining the firm, Rachel was an associate at Wyatt, Tarrant & Combs LLP in Memphis, Tennessee.
