Adam Thomason focuses primarily on the representation of financial institutions in connection with the negotiation and documentation of secured and unsecured debt and public finance transactions.

Overview

Adam brings to the firm his experience representing Fidelity National Title Insurance Company, the nation’s largest title insurance underwriter, as in-house counsel in matters relating to real estate finance, title defects, escrow errors, insurance fraud, and legal compliance.

Adam attended Princeton University for his undergraduate degree in history and was a member of the Princeton Football Team. He received his Juris Doctor with honors from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where he participated in the International Business Study Abroad program at the University of Montpellier in France.
